Cinedigm (NASDAQ: CIDM) and The WHAM Network Inc. have entered a partnership to launch The WHAM Network, a 24/7 streaming channel providing news, information and entertainment focused on the global eSports and gaming lifestyle. The network will be operated and marketed by the two companies, and it is expected to launch in the third quarter of 2017. The channel will be available across all major connected mobile devices, gaming consoles, and set top boxes.
